Jay & I are independent pork and beef producers in Harrison County, IA. We understand and use the principles of meat production that result in the most tender and tasteful cuts of meat.  We started catering with the pork producers in 1980, to that end we bring 29 years of experience to the table.  Our daughter-in-law, Tamara Heim, has been adding her creative cooking talent to the business for the last five years.
